Shopping with Confidence
Learn how Deep Home sources furniture from China’s leading factories, what our materials and dimensions mean in practice, and how to choose pieces that fit a Dubai apartment, an Abu Dhabi villa or a family home anywhere in the Emirates.
Why shop with Deep Home?
Deep Home works directly with established furniture factories in China — many of which also produce for well-known international brands — and ships straight to your door in the UAE.
We review design, materials, joinery, finish and export packing in person before a product enters our collection. Because there is no importer, distributor or mall showroom between the factory and your home, you pay for the furniture rather than the layers around it.
Our collection covers sofas, dining tables, chairs, beds, mattresses, storage and home accents in Scandinavian, Japandi, contemporary, Bauhaus and modern-classic styles — selected for the way homes are actually used here: long summers, weekend hosting and full houses.
Where is Deep Home furniture made?
Our furniture is made in China’s main furniture manufacturing regions, including Foshan and Dongguan in Guangdong, Ningbo in Zhejiang and Anji in Zhejiang for seating and bamboo-derived components.
We work with a small number of long-established factories rather than an open marketplace. Each partner specialises in one category — upholstery, solid wood case goods, stone-topped tables or mattresses — and produces to our specification.
Every order is inspected before packing, photographed at key stages, and packed for sea freight rather than parcel courier handling.
Do you have a showroom in the UAE?
Deep Home is an online store. We do not currently operate a public showroom in the UAE.
Each product page includes full dimensions, materials, colour and finish options, construction details and photography of the actual product. If you need to see more before deciding, contact us — we can send additional photos or video of the piece, including close-ups of stitching, grain, stone veining and hardware.
For larger orders, we can arrange a scheduled video walkthrough of the specific unit with our team.
Can someone help me choose the right furniture?
Yes. Send us a photo of your room, the measurements, and a link to the piece you are considering. We will review proportions, scale, fabric suitability, access and delivery requirements with you before you order.
This is a normal part of what we do, not a sales call. It is far easier to check a dimension now than to move a sofa later.
Can Deep Home furniture be customised?
Customisation is available on selected sofas, dining tables, chairs, bed frames and majlis seating.
Where customisation is offered, the available fabrics, finishes, sizes and configurations are listed on the product page. Typical options include sofa length, chaise side, cushion firmness, table size and top material, and headboard height.
For anything outside the listed options, send us a drawing, photo or measurements. We will confirm feasibility, price and lead time in writing before you pay. Please note that made-to-order pieces cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.
Will my furniture look exactly like the online photos?
We make every reasonable effort to show colour, texture and finish accurately, but small differences are normal.
Studio lighting, the light in your room, screen settings, production batches and the nature of the material all affect what you see. Wood grain, marble and stone veining, leather markings and hand-finished surfaces vary from piece to piece — that variation is a characteristic of natural materials, not a defect.
If colour accuracy is critical, ask us for a physical swatch before ordering.
Are the dimensions on your product pages exact?
Dimensions are given in centimetres and are accurate to within roughly 1–2 cm. Upholstered pieces can vary slightly with padding and fabric tension, and hand-finished stone or wood tops may differ marginally.
Please allow a little clearance rather than planning an exact edge-to-edge fit — especially in lifts, corridors and between walls.
Our bed frames are built to standard UAE mattress sizes (180 × 200 cm king, 160 × 200 cm queen, 120 × 200 cm single) unless the product page states otherwise. Mattress thickness and firmness vary by model, so check the recommended maximum mattress height.
How do I choose the right size for my room?
Measure the wall or area where the piece will stand, then mark the full footprint on the floor with painter’s tape and live with it for a day.
Leave room for walking paths, door and drawer clearance, curtains, AC units, reclining mechanisms, dining chair pull-out and any prayer space you want to keep clear. In apartments, also check balcony and window access.
Measure the entire delivery route, not just the final room — this is the single most common reason a delivery cannot be completed.
How can I be sure the furniture will fit through my door or lift?
Measure the product and its packaging, then measure every point along the route:
- Building entrance and security gate
- Doorway width and height, including the door frame
- Corridors, corners and turning points
- Lift door width, lift cabin depth and height
- Stairwell width, landings and ceiling clearance
- Balcony or window access for villa deliveries
Furniture packaging is often larger than the assembled piece, and many Dubai apartment lifts are tighter than they look. Send us your measurements before ordering if the route is narrow, and we will advise whether legs or arms can be removed for delivery.
Is your furniture suitable for the UAE climate?
Yes — our collection is specified for indoor use in a hot, humid coastal climate and for air-conditioned interiors.
Frames are kiln-dried hardwood or engineered hardwood rather than green timber, boards are low-emission E1 grade, metal is powder-coated rather than painted, and stone tops are sealed. Performance and outdoor-grade fabrics are available on selected pieces.
To keep pieces at their best, avoid placing them in direct sunlight or directly under an AC vent, keep indoor humidity roughly between 40% and 60%, and wipe spills promptly. Solid wood will expand and contract slightly with seasonal humidity; hairline joints are normal and not a fault.
Unless a product page says otherwise, our furniture is not designed for outdoor or semi-outdoor use — balconies, courtyards and poolside areas included.
Can I get a fabric or wood sample before I order?
Yes, for selected upholstery, leather and wood finishes.
Send us the product link and the options you are considering, and we will confirm which swatches are available. Swatch packs are dispatched within the UAE, usually arriving in 3–5 working days.
Samples are cut from the same production batch where possible, but a slight dye-lot difference between a small swatch and a full sofa is normal.
Do your products meet UAE requirements for electrical items and materials?
Electrical components supplied with our furniture — recliner motors, USB modules, LED lighting — are rated 220–240V, 50Hz and fitted with UK-style Type G three-pin plugs used in the UAE. Components carry CE or UKCA marking.
Panel products are E1 low-emission grade. For hospitality and project orders, we can supply foam and upholstery to BS 5852 or CAL 117 on request.
We do not claim certifications we do not hold. If you need a specific test report or certificate for a SKU — for a developer, hotel or insurance requirement — ask us and we will confirm what the factory can provide.
Prices, Payment and Promotions
Everything about how our prices are built, what is included in them, the payment methods available in the UAE, and why nothing extra is added at your door.
What payment methods does Deep Home accept?
Available methods are shown at checkout and currently include:
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Tabby — split your order into four payments
- Bank transfer for orders above AED 20,000
- Cash on delivery on eligible orders
All transactions are processed in UAE dirhams (AED).
Are prices in AED, and is VAT included?
Yes. Every price on deephome.ae is shown in UAE dirhams and includes 5% VAT.
Our prices also include import duty, customs clearance and standard delivery within the UAE. The price you see at checkout is the full amount you pay.
Will I have to pay customs duty or clearance fees on delivery?
No. All orders are shipped on a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) basis. Deep Home acts as the importer of record, handles UAE customs clearance and pays the 5% import duty and VAT on your behalf.
No cash is collected at your door and no separate customs invoice will follow. If any carrier ever asks you for a clearance or handling payment, do not pay it — contact us and we will resolve it.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Tabby is available at checkout on eligible orders, allowing you to split the total into four payments.
Eligibility and the exact plan are confirmed by Tabby at checkout. We do not charge interest, and we do not receive any part of a late fee; instalment plans are provided by a licensed third party under their own terms.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, on eligible orders up to AED 5,000, with a AED 25 handling fee.
Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within three working days, the order may be held or cancelled. Repeated refused deliveries may limit cash-on-delivery eligibility on future orders.
For orders above AED 5,000 we ask for card, Tabby or bank transfer.
Will I see the complete total before paying?
Yes. Checkout shows the item total, any discount applied, the delivery charge (normally free), VAT, and any optional services such as assembly, before you confirm payment.
There are no additional charges added after checkout.
Does Deep Home offer free delivery?
Yes. Standard delivery is free to all seven emirates.
Standard delivery means a single delivery attempt to an accessible ground-level entrance, building lobby or villa gate. Carrying furniture inside, upper-floor delivery and assembly are available as optional paid services.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Normally one discount code applies per order. Where a promotion allows stacking, it will say so in the offer terms.
Enter your code at checkout to confirm it applies to the items in your cart. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed, and sitewide sales may exclude certain made-to-order pieces.
What happens if the price drops after I order?
We offer 30-day price protection.
If the identical product and configuration is publicly advertised on deephome.ae at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, send us your order number. Once verified, the difference is issued as store credit.
Bundles, personalised codes, clearance items, delivery charges, VAT and pricing errors are excluded.
Do you match prices from other UAE retailers?
We do not run a formal price-match programme, because our pieces are made to our own specifications and rarely have a like-for-like equivalent elsewhere.
What we can tell you is how the price is built: factory cost, export packing, sea freight, UAE duty and VAT, delivery, and our margin — with no importer, distributor or mall rent in between. If you are comparing a specific piece, send us the link and we will explain the difference honestly, including where the other product is genuinely better value.
Can I get a VAT invoice for my company?
Yes. Every order is issued a tax invoice showing our Tax Registration Number and the 5% VAT charged.
If you need the invoice in a company name with your TRN — for a fit-out project, corporate housing or expense claim — add the details in the order notes at checkout or email them to us with your order number. We will reissue the invoice accordingly.
Why is Deep Home cheaper than UAE furniture retailers?
Because the chain is shorter. A typical imported sofa passes through a factory, an exporter, an importer, a distributor and a mall retailer, each adding cost and margin.
We buy directly from the factory, consolidate shipments, clear customs ourselves and deliver from the port. The saving is structural, not a temporary discount.
The trade-off is time: your furniture is produced or prepared for your order and travels by sea, so it takes weeks rather than days to arrive.
Orders and Order Tracking
What happens after you place an order, how to review your confirmation, request a change, update delivery details, and follow your furniture from the factory to your door.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email listing the products, selected options, delivery emirate and estimated lead time. Please read it carefully and tell us immediately if anything is wrong — the first 48 hours are when changes are easiest.
We then keep you updated at each key stage: production or preparation, quality inspection, departure from China, arrival at Jebel Ali, customs clearance, and dispatch for delivery in the UAE. Updates arrive by email, and by WhatsApp if you have opted in.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes. A VAT tax invoice is sent to the email address used at checkout once payment is confirmed.
Keep it for warranty claims, insurance and corporate reimbursement. A copy can be reissued at any time if you lose it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request a change or cancellation within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation, free of any Deep Home cancellation fee.
Email us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. A change or cancellation is confirmed only when we approve it in writing.
Any third-party payment processing fee retained by the bank or payment provider is non-refundable where permitted by law. Deep Home does not receive or keep that fee.
Can I change my order after the first 48 hours?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will check the production and shipping status.
After 48 hours, production, material cutting or sourcing may already have started, so changes are not always possible — particularly on made-to-order fabrics, sizes and configurations.
Where a late change is still feasible, we will explain any cost in writing before asking you to proceed.
Can I update my delivery address or contact details?
Yes. Tell us immediately if your address, apartment or villa number, phone number, email, gate code or delivery instructions need correcting.
Changes are simplest before dispatch. A change of emirate or a move to a different building after dispatch may affect the delivery schedule and any re-delivery cost.
Can I combine two orders into one delivery?
Often yes, if both orders are still in production or have not yet been dispatched.
Send us both order numbers as early as possible. We will confirm whether consolidation is possible and whether it changes the delivery date or any service charge.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
You will also receive updates at each milestone by email or WhatsApp. Once your order is with the local delivery team, the driver or coordinator will contact you directly to arrange the delivery window.
Do you confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp?
For cash-on-delivery orders, orders above AED 10,000, and any order where the address looks incomplete, we confirm details by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
This protects both sides: it prevents a delivery attempt to a wrong villa number after weeks of transit. If we cannot reach you within three working days, the order may be placed on hold.
Furniture Delivery
Delivery areas, lead times, what is included, access requirements for apartments, villas and gated communities, assembly options, storage and what happens if plans change.
Where does Deep Home deliver in the UAE?
We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
If your address can be entered at checkout, delivery is available there. Some remote locations — Liwa, island communities, the Hatta exclave and industrial areas outside standard courier zones — are served by appointment and may carry a small surcharge, always quoted before dispatch.
Do you deliver to Saudi Arabia, Qatar or elsewhere in the GCC?
Our online store currently delivers within the UAE only.
For project deliveries to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait or Bahrain — hotels, serviced apartments, residential compounds — contact us with the scope and destination. We can quote on a project basis, but timelines and duties differ from UAE orders.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in approximately 20 to 35 business days from order confirmation. Made-to-order pieces, custom sizes and full-villa orders can take up to 45 business days.
Each product page shows a more specific estimate for that item. Business days exclude Fridays and UAE public holidays.
These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Production, sea freight, customs inspection and local scheduling all affect the final arrival.
Why does furniture take longer than a normal online order?
Most of our pieces are produced or prepared for your order rather than picked from a local warehouse. The journey typically runs through:
- Production or final assembly at the factory
- Quality inspection and touch-up
- Export packing and container loading
- Sea freight from China to Jebel Ali or Khalifa Port
- Customs clearance and duty payment by Deep Home
- Local delivery scheduling in your emirate
That process is measured in weeks, not days — but it is what allows us to offer a wide collection at direct-from-factory pricing.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free of charge to all seven emirates.
This covers order handling, protective packing already applied at the factory, import clearance, and one delivery attempt to an accessible entrance.
Optional services — in-home placement, upper-floor carrying, assembly and packaging removal — are quoted separately and shown before you confirm them.
What exactly is included in standard delivery?
Standard delivery brings your order to a safe, accessible point at the property. Depending on the building or villa, this may be:
- A ground-floor entrance or villa gate
- A building lobby or reception
- A loading bay or covered parking area
- Another access point agreed with the driver
It includes one delivery attempt within the agreed window, and a proof of delivery signed by you or your representative.
Will the delivery team bring the furniture inside or upstairs?
Not as part of standard delivery. Standard delivery does not include carrying furniture into an apartment or villa, upper-floor delivery, placement in a specific room, unpacking, assembly or packaging removal.
In-home placement and assembly can be added as a paid service at checkout or arranged before dispatch. The price depends on the number of pieces, floor level and lift access, and starts from AED 149 per item.
If your building has stairs only, narrow corridors, a small lift or a long carry from the parking area, tell us before ordering so the service can be priced correctly.
Do you offer assembly or installation?
Yes, as an optional service in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Elsewhere in the UAE we can usually arrange it with a partner technician — ask us for a quote.
Assembly covers unpacking, assembly, placement in the room of your choice and removal of packaging. It does not include electrical work, wall mounting, drilling into marble or structural fixing unless agreed in writing.
If you prefer to assemble yourself, illustrated instructions and all standard hardware are included with the product.
Do products arrive assembled?
Most pieces arrive partially assembled or flat-packed, which protects them during sea freight and makes access through doors and lifts easier.
Typical assembly is legs to a sofa or table, a headboard to a bed frame, or shelves into a cabinet — usually 20 to 60 minutes with the tools provided. Where a product ships fully assembled, the product page will say so.
If you are unsure what assembly a piece needs, ask us before ordering.
Can I choose the delivery date and time?
Once your order reaches the local delivery stage, the coordinator or driver will contact you with the available date and a time window, usually one to two days in advance.
Scheduling depends on the route for your emirate that day. We cannot guarantee a specific hour, a particular crew or arrival at the start of the window, but we will tell you honestly what is available.
Do you deliver on Fridays, weekends or public holidays?
Deliveries run Saturday to Thursday, generally between 09:00 and 19:00.
On Fridays we deliver after 14:00 only, so we do not schedule around Jumu’ah prayer. Limited Saturday slots are available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
We do not deliver on the first day of Eid al Fitr, Eid al Adha, or on UAE national holidays. Deliveries resume the following working day.
What should I arrange before an apartment, villa or compound delivery?
For apartments and managed buildings, speak to building management before the delivery date and ask whether you need:
- A lift booking, and whether the lift must be padded
- Loading bay or service entrance access
- A gate pass or security clearance for the delivery crew
- A move-in permit from the developer or community management
- A certificate of insurance (COI)
- A building deposit or delivery form
- Restricted delivery hours
For villas in gated communities — Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, Saadiyat, Al Raha and similar — security usually requires the crew’s names and vehicle details in advance. Send us these requirements as early as possible and we will pass them to the delivery partner.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my building?
Often yes, but it depends on the building and the delivery partner. Send us the exact COI wording your management company requires as early as possible.
We will request it from the carrier and confirm in writing whether it can be issued. Some buildings require the COI days in advance, so please do not leave this until the delivery is being scheduled.
Does someone need to be home for delivery?
Yes. An adult aged 18 or over should be present to check the order and sign the proof of delivery.
You may nominate a family member, building concierge or fit-out contractor to receive it on your behalf. The crew may ask for identification and the order number.
For high-value or bulky orders we strongly recommend being present yourself, so any visible damage can be noted before the crew leaves.
Can the order be left with security or reception if I am not home?
Only if the carrier agrees in advance and you authorise it in writing.
When delivery is left with a concierge, security desk or neighbour, responsibility for the order passes to you once it is handed over and documented. For large or high-value pieces we do not recommend it.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Contact the delivery coordinator as soon as you know you may not be available.
If delivery cannot be completed, the order returns to the local hub. A AED 150 re-delivery fee applies, plus any storage or handling charges incurred. Re-delivery is scheduled on the next available route for your area.
Answering the driver’s call and confirming the day in advance is the simplest way to avoid this.
Can I reschedule a delivery?
Yes. Requests made at least three business days before the scheduled date are normally rescheduled at no charge, subject to route availability.
Within three business days, once the order has been allocated, loaded or dispatched, a AED 150 rescheduling fee may apply.
Can you store my furniture if my home is not ready?
We do not offer free storage, but we can usually hold an order for a short period.
Subject to space at the local hub, storage of up to 14 calendar days may be arranged at 10% of the stored product value plus VAT. Storage must be confirmed in writing and cannot be extended beyond the agreed period.
If your handover date is uncertain — a common situation with new builds in Dubai — tell us before dispatch so we can plan rather than store.
Do you remove old furniture or take away packaging?
Standard delivery does not include removal of old furniture, removal of packaging, or moving furniture that is already inside your home.
If you book assembly, we will take away the packaging from the pieces we assembled. Old furniture can be collected by a paid service in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, or disposed of through your building’s waste service, Tadweer or Bee’ah.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We will keep coordinating with the shipping line, clearance agent and delivery partner until the order is delivered, and tell you what we know rather than leaving you to guess.
Weather, port congestion, customs inspection, vessel schedule changes and building access can all move an estimated date. A paused tracking update does not mean the order is lost.
If Deep Home or the carrier confirms that an item is lost, destroyed or permanently undeliverable, we will arrange a replacement or refund for that item.
Do you deliver during Ramadan?
Yes, with adjusted timings. We avoid scheduling deliveries around Iftar, typically between 18:00 and 20:00, and prefer morning or post-Iftar slots.
If a specific time matters during Ramadan, tell us when the delivery is being scheduled and we will do our best to accommodate it. We also pause deliveries on the first day of Eid.
Receiving and Checking Your Furniture
How to inspect an order when it arrives, what to write on the proof of delivery before the crew leaves, and how to report damage, a wrong item or missing parts.
What should I check when my furniture arrives?
Before signing the proof of delivery, check:
- The number of packages against the delivery note
- The condition of the packaging — dents, tears, water marks, crushed corners
- That the products and colours match your order
- Whether any cartons are missing or appear to have been opened
- Any visible damage to the pieces themselves
Write any visible damage or shortage on the proof of delivery before the crew leaves, and photograph the packaging and the affected area. Keep the packaging until you have fully inspected the piece.
What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with:
- Your name and order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos of the whole piece
- Close-up photos of the damaged area
- Photos of the packaging, labels and carton
- A photo of the proof of delivery, if you have one
- A short video where it helps show the problem
Do not repair, modify or discard the item before we have reviewed it — a local repair can affect what we are able to claim from the carrier and factory.
What if I receive the wrong item, or something is missing?
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number, photos of what arrived, and a note of what is missing or incorrect.
We will check the packing list and factory inspection record, then arrange the appropriate fix: a missing hardware pack, a replacement part, a replacement piece, or a collection and correct delivery.
How quickly will you respond to a delivery or product issue?
We aim to respond within one to two business days once we have the photos and order details we need.
Straightforward cases — a missing bolt pack, a damaged leg, a wrong cushion cover — are usually resolved within a week. Cases requiring a factory replacement part or a carrier claim take longer; we will give you a realistic timeline rather than a vague promise.
What if I need help assembling a piece?
Start with the illustrated instructions in the carton and check that all labelled parts and hardware are present.
If something is unclear or missing, send us your order number, the product name and photos of the parts. We will identify what is needed and send replacement hardware or a technician where appropriate.
Please do not force a joint or drill additional holes — most assembly problems are a swapped part or an upside-down bracket, and both are easy to fix once identified.
What should I do with the packaging?
Keep all cartons, corner protectors and internal packing until you have fully inspected the piece and are satisfied — usually the first week.
After that, flattened cardboard and foam can go to your building’s recycling point or a local recycling centre. If you booked assembly, we will remove the packaging for the pieces we assembled.
Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Our position on change-of-mind returns, what happens if a piece is faulty or not as described, how refunds are paid, and exactly what the Deep Home warranty covers.
Can I return or exchange furniture after delivery?
Because most pieces are produced, finished or sourced specifically for your order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once a piece has been delivered.
This is why we put the effort in before you buy: dimension reviews, physical swatches, additional photos and video of the actual piece, and honest advice about whether a sofa suits a room with a TV 2.5 metres away. Send us your room photo and measurements before ordering — that conversation prevents most returns.
This policy does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
What if I change my mind before the order ships?
Contact us within 48 hours of order confirmation and we will cancel or amend the order free of any Deep Home cancellation fee.
After that, if production has not started, we can usually still cancel. If materials have been cut or the piece is already in production, we will tell you what is recoverable and what is not, in writing, before you decide.
What are my rights if the product is faulty or not as described?
If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or materially different from what you ordered, you are protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
In practice, we will inspect the issue and offer one of the following, depending on the fault and the product: a repair, a replacement part, a replacement piece, or a refund.
Report it within 48 hours of delivery where the issue is visible, and keep the packaging and photographs — they are what allow us to resolve it quickly.
How are approved refunds issued?
Refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever technically possible. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the buyer’s name.
For customer-requested cancellations, any third-party payment processing fee retained by the bank or payment provider is non-refundable where permitted by law. Deep Home does not receive or keep that fee, so it is not a Deep Home cancellation charge.
In short: we refund the full amount we actually received.
How long does a refund take?
We process approved refunds within seven business days after approval and any required inspection is complete.
Card refunds typically appear within three to five business days after that, though some banks take longer. Bank transfers within the UAE usually clear in one to three business days.
Does Deep Home furniture come with a warranty?
Yes. Every piece bought directly from deephome.ae carries a warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date.
Current standard periods:
- Structural frame and joinery: 5 years
- Upholstery, foam and suspension: 2 years
- Top-grain and full-grain leather: 3 years
- Recliner mechanisms, hinges and hardware: 2 years
- Electrical components (motors, USB, LED): 1 year
- Decor, mirrors and accessories: 1 year
What does the warranty cover?
Confirmed manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable period — a frame that fails under normal use, a seam that opens, a mechanism that stops working, foam that collapses well beyond normal settlement.
Depending on the piece and the fault, the remedy may be a repair, a replacement part, a replacement product, or a reasonably comparable replacement. Approved claims are resolved at no cost to you, including the parts and, where relevant, the technician visit.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, pet damage, sun or heat damage from placement near a window or AC vent, incorrect assembly, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow care instructions.
Personal comfort preferences are not defects. Neither are the natural variations of real materials: wood grain and colour shift, stone and marble veining, leather markings and creases, and minor differences in dimension or finish.
Commercial use — hotels, serviced apartments, restaurants, offices — is covered only where agreed in writing at the time of order.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Message us on WhatsApp or email care@deephome.ae with:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue and when it appeared
- Photos of the whole piece
- Close-up photos or a video of the affected area
Please do not repair, modify, discard or return the item before we give written instructions — doing so can invalidate the claim and makes a factory assessment impossible.
Is the warranty transferable?
No. The warranty applies to the original purchaser of a product bought directly from Deep Home and cannot be transferred to a new owner.
If you are buying for a client as an interior designer or contractor, the warranty is registered to the invoiced buyer.
Can you help after the warranty expires?
Often yes. Where parts are still available, we can supply replacement hardware, legs, cushion covers, foam inserts or mechanism components, or arrange a repair.
Any parts, labour, transport or technician costs are quoted and approved by you before work begins.
Can I buy spare parts separately?
Yes for most of our range — hardware packs, feet and glides, sofa legs, cushion covers, foam inserts, shelf pins and recliner mechanisms.
Send us your order number and a photo of the part. Stock items are usually dispatched within 7 to 15 business days; made-to-match covers and upholstery take longer because they are produced with the next factory batch.
Account, Trade and Aftercare
Whether you need an account, how to leave a review, trade and project pricing for designers and developers, and the fastest way to reach a human being.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest.
An account makes it easier to track orders, retrieve VAT invoices, save delivery addresses and reorder the same fabric or finish later. If you have already ordered, you can create an account using the same email address.
Do you have a rewards or loyalty programme?
Not yet. We would rather put the money into the product and the delivery than into a points scheme that quietly raises the price.
What we do offer instead: 30-day price protection, free standard delivery across the UAE, and a trade programme for designers and project buyers. If you would like early access to new collections and floor samples, ask to join our trade list.
How can I leave a review?
After delivery you will receive an email with a link to review the pieces you ordered.
Photos and short videos are genuinely useful to other buyers — especially of a piece in a real room, at real scale. Reviews are moderated before publication, and we do not remove negative reviews; we reply to them.
Do you offer trade or project pricing?
Yes. Trade pricing is available for interior designers, architects, fit-out contractors, developers, hotels, serviced apartments and restaurants.
Email us with your company details, the products or scope you are considering, quantities, delivery location and project timeline. We will send a trade price list and, for larger projects, assign a single point of contact.
Can you furnish a whole villa or a full apartment?
Yes — this is a large part of what we do. A typical full-villa order covers living and majlis seating, dining, bedrooms, outdoor-adjacent pieces and accents.
Send us the floor plan and room list, and we will put together a furniture schedule with dimensions, fabrics, quantities and a consolidated price. Delivery can be phased by floor or by room if your handover date is staged.
For projects, we recommend starting eight to twelve weeks before your required handover date to allow for production and sea freight.
How do I contact Deep Home?
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us — send a photo, a floor plan or a product link and we will reply with specifics.
- WhatsApp: +971 50 000 0000
- Email: care@deephome.ae
- Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00 GST; Friday, 14:00–18:00
For order-specific questions, include your order number so we can pull up the details immediately.
Can I visit or collect from your warehouse?
Our stock moves through a transit hub and is not set up for public collection or browsing. We do not offer warehouse visits or self-collection.
If you need to inspect a piece before a large order — for a hotel, a developer show unit or a design scheme — contact us. We can arrange detailed video, additional photography, or a sample of the actual fabric and finish.
